Return policy
Changing your mind should be easy. These are the terms we apply to every purchase made on galutina.com.

1. How to start a return
Email us at devolucions@galutina.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Order number (in your Shopify confirmation email).
- Product you wish to return and quantity.
- Reason (change of mind, defect, wrong size…).
- If it's a defect: a photo of the product when possible.
We confirm by email within 48 working hours with the return address and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
2. Item condition
For us to accept the return, the product must arrive:
- Unused and not installed.
- In its original packaging, complete, with all accessories and documentation.
- Without marks, scratches or external signs of use.
Important exception: bait (attractant) bottles cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. If the bottle arrived sealed and you haven't used it, you can return it.
3. Defective items or our error
If a product arrives defective, damaged in transit or doesn't match what you ordered, we cover the return shipping cost and refund you in full (including original shipping). Let us know as soon as you spot the issue, ideally with a photo, and we'll send a prepaid label.
4. Exchanges
You can request a size, model or quantity exchange within the same 14-day window, under the same item-condition rules. If the new product has a different price, the difference is settled at the time of shipping.
5. Refund
Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days. The amount is returned to the same payment method used for the purchase (card, Bizum, PayPal or bank transfer). No restocking fee is applied.
6. Statutory right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, under art. 102 of the Spanish Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU, RDL 1/2007). This policy does not replace or limit your statutory rights.
